Windforge launches today on PC
Greenlit and Kickstarted game finally released.
Snowed In Studios has just released their game, {Windforge}, on Steam and Desura (and via GOG, the Humble Store and their own website). The game features a destructible, mineable procedural world, huge flying whale-air ships, combat and crafting.
"WindForge is a 2D Action RPG where you explore hostile skies in an ever-changing Steampunk world. Everything you see can be created or destroyed, making it a game without barriers that rewards creative problem solving and improvisation," reads the press release. The game will remain discounted for the duration of launch week.
{Windforge} was subject to a successful Kickstarter campaign, and was greenlit on Steam earlier this year. If you want to see it in action then check out the trailer below (which is, admittedly, for the alpha version of the game) to get a better idea about what the game is about.
