War Thunder update 1.39 is live

Adds support for user generated content and Ground Forces early access.

Gaijin Entertainment have released Update 1.39 of {War Thunder} onto the world and it's a pretty packed update that includes support for user generated content, squadron battles, new planes (see below) and early access to the Ground Forces expansion.
