Today's Battlerite patch adds two new characters

Halloween content also comes to Stunlock Studios' game.

Patch 0.8 hits Battlerite today and brings two new champions with it, Jumong and Ruh Kaan, as well as a new map, new weapons and some Halloween content as well.

The first of these new champions is Jumong the Beast Hunter, who "is a trophy collector who wandered the wildlands in pursuit of a worthy challenge. No longer content with hunting the great beasts of this world, Jumong looks to the arena for a new type of prey. He traps his foes and brings them to their death with the accuracy of his mighty bow."

The second of these champions is Ruh Kaan the Crypt Warden, "awoken from his deep slumber when a grave robber disturbed the sacred crypts of Ark'dun. Pursuing the trespasser led him to the Arenas, where he still tracks his quarry. A wielder of dark powers, Ruh Kaan consumes the souls of those who stand in his way."

This isn't the only new content for players to enjoy, however, as new legendary weapons and mounts make their way into the game as well as a new map: Blackstone Arena - Night (pictured below).

As if that wasn't enough, the Ultimate Fan Pack comes with an exclusive Battle Wolf mount and a Halloween season event will take place between today, October 21, and November 4. A full list of changes can be found on the Steam page. Which one of these new champions sounds best?
