The Elder Scrolls: Blades pushed into 2019

Bethesda has had to endure a tricky few weeks following the launch of Fallout 76, which may or may not have something to do with the fact that the publisher just pushed The Elder Scrolls: Blades back into early 2019. Whatever the reason behind the delay, the mobile title is set to arrive early next year on iOS and Android devices, this according to a short statement published on Twitter.

The game, which takes players back to the fantasy world of The Elder Scrolls, offers a more focused dungeon-crawling experience, and if "early 2019" sounds too far off in the distance for you, you can always sign up here for early access, although you'll need a Bethesda account to get your hands on the game.

You can read our early impressions of Blades after we took a look at the game at QuakeCon by swiping at this link, and we've added some gameplay below if you want to see it in action.
