The Caligula Effect's release date revealed
The game will be available for download only.
Atlus developers unveiled the release date of The Caligula Effect this weekend, and the game, which is already available in Japan, will be released in our region on May 2. You'll only be able to buy it in digital version only, however, the studio having estimated that the title wasn't popular enough to be sold in box version.
The story of the game takes place in Mobius, a virtual reality that hosts an artificial world whose inhabitants aren't aware that they are being manipulated by their idol Myo, who actually rules this world. A group of high school students will become aware of this, however, and try to fight it.
