SSX slides into top spot

Mario Party 9 dances into third.

EA has had yet another good week, with snowboarding game {SSX} climbing to the summit of the UK charts.

{SSX} is the last EA title being stocked by GAME (until new terms can be agreed between the two companies), so it will be interesting to see what happens when {Mass Effect 3} is released this week, and how that situation will impact on sales.

{FIFA 12} is still proving popular with gamers, this week it climbed back up from fourth to second. {Mario Party 9} has boogied into third place.

Last week's tops two, {Uncharted: Golden Abyss} and {FIFA Football}, both dropped down to fifth and eighth respectively.
