Shadowrun Returns on Linux
Needs to reach $1 million on Kickstarter.
You may have already heard rumblings about the new Shadowrun game, {Shadowrun Returns}, that is crowd funded through Kickstarter.
The project reached its target of $400,000 in just 28 hours and with 15 days to go the project has reached an impressive $890,000 so far. To add extra incentive for the push towards $1 million developers Harebarined Schemes have announced that a Linux version of the game will be developed if the project reaches $1 million:
"So here's the deal: We can now say with confidence that if we hit our $1M stretch goal, we will be able to partner with the right external developer, port {Shadowrun Returns} to Linux, and deliver it in a reasonable amount of time after the game is released."
