Session delayed on Xbox One
This version will be coming late next month or early in December, following on from the Early Access launch last month.
Those looking for a spiritual successor to Skate probably have their eyes on Crea-ture Studios' Session, but it turns out those on Xbox One might have to wait a bit longer, as the developer revealed in a statement on Facebook.
"Unfortunately, at this point, we need still need more time to port Session to Xbox One. That being said, we must postpone the Xbox One version release date to late November/early December," the post reads.
"We know this sucks and we totally understand as we know you have been waiting to play the game on console for a while now. We know it's not great news to hear, but it's not particularly fun to announce either, especially for a small studio like ours."
"It is never easy to make such decisions as we know it can have an impact on several levels, so these decisions are never taken lightly. We thank you for your understanding and hope you will stick around for the Xbox One release!"
Last month Session launched on PC via Steam Early Access, and you can actually check out our impressions right here. Considering the need for thumbsticks to control your skater, this is obviously suited to consoles better, but we'll have to wait that bit longer for the game to hit Xbox One.
Are you saddened by the news?
