Resolution Mode advised for Borderlands 3 on Xbox One X

This leads to less frame-rate fluctuations on the Xbox One X, although problems still persist on the PS4 Pro.

Despite Borderlands 3 having a lot of success already - reaching the top spot of the UK boxed charts as the biggest physical release of the year - there have still been some concerns over technical performance on PC and consoles, although Resolution Mode is advised for the latter.

This comes from Digital Foundry, who says that this mode delivers 1800p and a steady 30 FPS on Xbox One X, while Performance Mode sees frame-rate range between 60 and 40 FPS.

This gets worse on the PS4 Pro, as the frame-rate dips are more severe in high-intensity situations, especially when in vehicles. Even Resolution Mode doesn't work as well here though, as the 1800p is paired with between 20 and 30 FPS.
