Project xCloud getting many new features next year
It'll also be rolled out across various territories as it grows in preview stage, as revealed during X019.
The X019 stream from London has just come to a close, and in the middle of all the trailers and announcements we had news regarding the xCloud streaming service that Microsoft is developing, which is in preview stage right now.
This preview has been in the UK, US, and Korea so far, with 50 games available right now, but more are promised for the future. On top of that, Microsoft is also bringing xCloud to Windows 10 PCs in 2020 as well, and Bluetooth support for controllers like Razer's and even the DualShock 4 was also revealed.
Right now it's available on Android, but in the future it's coming to "multiple devices", with preview being extended to Canada, Western Europe, Japan, and India next year.
Ken Moss, EA's chief technology officer, also joined Microsoft to announce that Madden NFL 20 is now available on Project xCloud right now, but there are three more games on the way "in the coming months".
To finish up, Microsoft told us that we can play the games we own from the cloud, and that Xbox Game Pass is also coming to xCloud too.
