Overwatch: Tracer's rewind found to be sampling something

Dataminers are always discovering fun and interesting things in games, whether that be aliens in Grand Theft Auto V or heroes in Star Wars Battlefront II, and now Reddit user rfilmyer has posted an interesting discovery regarding Overwatch's Tracer.

In the post they provide a clip of the sound effect for Tracer's Rewind ability, broken into two parts: the initial pop and then the rewind itself. They then reversed the sound, slowed it down, and lo and behold, found something very interesting indeed, as it sounds like a kind of dance song with the words "move your body over here" over it.

They then ask the question: "Does anyone know what this clip might be? Could this be an interesting easter egg/reference from one of the SFX guys at Blizzard?" Can you answer that?
