Microsoft apologises for causing offense with email
The subject line of an email drew criticism from some.
It's been mere weeks since EA had to apologise for some controversial tweets related to Battlefield 1, and this time it's Microsoft's turn. Yesterday they sent out an email regarding Dead Rising 4, included below:

In case you didn't catch it, see the subject line. As a response to criticisms regarding the email, Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb decided to post this message on Twitter:
"Today we sent a DR4 email where a zombie roar was interpreted by many as a racial slur. We apologise and promise to do better next time."
