Is Shadow Realms being rebooted?

According to sources Kotaku has spoken to, the RPG {Shadow Realms} which were announced last August at Gamescom is going through some major changes.

It was supposed to be a 4 vs 1 episodically based game for PC with release this year, but Kotaku's sources claim that it's being rebooted with a full campaign and the release is set to 2017. The game will also be available on Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

Nothing has been confirmed nor denied by Bioware or EA so far.
