Infinity Ward streaming 2v2 multiplayer today

Four influencers are battling it out in the new mode called Gunfight, and you can watch it all alongside them.

There's a lot of anticipation around Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - coming October 25 to PC, PS4, and Xbox One - mainly because it's bringing back the Modern Warfare franchise in a reboot of sorts, and today we'll be getting an insight into one of the new multiplayer modes in the game.

Infinity Ward revealed on Twitter that influencer Tom 'Syndicate' Cassell, OpTic Call of Duty coach Tyler 'TeePee' Polchow, YouTuber Jordan 'Legiqn' Payton, and 100 Thieves' content creator Jack 'CouRage' Dunlop will be showing off the 2v2 Gunfight mode, streaming the "fast-paced" action from their studio.

This is taking place at 10:00 PST today, which is 18:00 BST (19:00 CEST), so tune in on Twitch if you're interested in playing alongside your buddy in this 2v2 mode this year.

If you're more into the story side of things though don't worry, as narrative director Taylor Kurosaki told us at E3 that the game is "not afraid to really get to know these characters" in the campaign, which they're putting a lot of thought into.
