Global Agenda devs got the classic IP

Hi-Rez Studios, developers of third person-shooter meets MMO {Global Agenda}, has announced that they've managed to buy the rights to classic action shooter Tribes. They've set up two teams, one that will keep working on {Global Agenda} while the other works on a new Tribes-game that is supposed to go into alpha testing at some point during early 2011.

Hi-Rez say they are still dedicated to {Global Agenda}, which went from subscription based to full free to play (after you pick up the box) a while ago. What did we think about it when it was released? We liked it.
