Hawken gets massive update

There's a huge update about to hit free-to-play mech shooter {Hawken}, with Ascension arriving today. The developers are heralding it as "the beginning of a new age", and when you look at the extensive list of things that they've tweaked, revised and improved, it's not hard to see why they're calling it just that.

New and improved systems include a revised customisation and mech progression system, a new XP transfer system, tweaks the stats of the different mechs, and more. There's even a new map, Last Eco. If you're a {Hawken} player, then head this way to check out the extensive patch notes.
