Half a million Minecraft sold

Notch, creator of indie smash hit {Minecraft}, just wrote on his personal Twitter account that his game has now sold in 500,000 copies. And the game isn't even out of the alpha-stage yet! If you've opened a browser during the last couple of months, you probably haven't been able to miss hearing about the title - and if you've already bought it, you probably haven't opened a browser for months. Those protective walls won't build themselve after all!
