We caught up with Hand Circus' Simon Oliver in the Playstation Lounge at the W Hotel right next to the Moscone Convention Center during GDC and talked to him about the {Rolando} developers first venture onto consoles - {Okabu}. The game let's you control one of two clouds (co-op is also available) as you try and save a world from environmental disaster.
