Ghost Recon delayed on PC

{Ghost Recon: Future Soldier} is already out on console since a few weeks, and it was planned to come out on PC on June 15, but it has been hit with a slight delay and now won't be out until June 29. Tactical delay? Only Ubisoft knows...
