German Wolfenstein called back

A blurry swastika is to blame

In Germany it is forbidden to use any form of Nazi iconography in anything except in art and in a historical context. As games are not seen as art, the fact that a blurry swastika managed to slip through the localisation of {Wolfenstein} has caused Activision to call back the German version of the game.

"Although it is not a conspicuous element in the normal game, we have decided to take this game immediately from the German market", the company states. So far we have no information if {Wolfenstein} will be re-localised or not.
