Frozen Endzone announced
Mode 7 return - only this time it's sport.
The team behind {Frozen Synapse} - Mode 7 - has just announced their next game, {Frozen Endzone}. It's planned as 2014 release, but a beta will "almost certainly" appear this year at some point.
The game takes the concept that made {Frozen Synapse} such a popular strategy title, and applies it to a futuristic sport. Players will face off against each other in "a randomly-generated situation," with the aim of getting the ball into the opponents endzone using pre-planned strategy and terrain to achieve victory.
The Greenlight listing on Steam states the following features:
