EA asks for feedback on Anthem PS4 crashes

Bioware and EA are gathering information on reports of consoles crashing or being bricked, so as to determine the cause.

Yesterday we reported that many PS4 players had been having issues with Anthem that caused their PS4 to crash and turn off, with some even reporting that the console was bricked and wouldn't turn back on again as a result, and now EA has asked for player feedback on the issue.

This request is on EA's website and asks for those affected to submit their console variant (Slim, Pro, etc.), the PSN ID, and crash info, like when it takes place.

"We are currently in process of gathering information about the PS4 issues so we can determine the root cause," the post reads.

This post has gathered a lot of responses in a short time, so hopefully players can see a fix sooner rather than later.

Anthem has also come under fire recently as a streamer received a permanent ban for "economy exploitation", presumably as a result of farming for high-tier loot, something that has also rubbed the community up the wrong way.

Have you had issues with the game on PS4?
