Dead Rising 3 in development?

One of the best sources for gaming related rumours on the internet Supererogatory tweets that there seems to be a {Dead Rising 3} in development. It was LinkedIn profiles from three employees at Californian animation studio Blur that listed work on a CG sequence for the game.

Of course, this is 100% confirmation that {Dead Rising 3} is coming anytime soon, just that work on a CG sequence has been made. Could {Dead Rising 3} be one of Capcom's early game on the next generation of consoles? It doesn't sound outside the realms of possibility.
