Blizzard office raided

Following complaints that Blizzard refused to refund dissatisfied {Diablo III} players, the Korean government recently raided Blizzard's Seoul office and secured documents relating to the incident.

Fans demanded refunds after lengthy server waits post-launch, but Blizzard refused their requests. Now the Fair Trade Commission will investigate to determine whether Blizzard should be held liable due to "ill-preparation".

Blizzard has since doubled its server capacity for {Diablo III}, and according to the Korea Times, have pledged to improve services so as to avoid further issues. Although they remain committed to their 'no refunds' policy.
