Black Ops multiplayer revealed

Treyarch revealed some of the details regarding the {Call of Duty: Black Ops} multiplayer at an event in Los Angeles yesterday. The introduction of an in-game currency (CP), that will allow players to pick which upgrades they want to unlock and also bet their hard earned CP on Wager Match games. Wager Match is an addition to the multiplayer, where you put down a set amount of CP before each match, and the top three performers walk away with the winnings.

Treyarch are also introducing bots as a means to ease players into the online mode, and there will also be the possibility of playing multiplayer with a friend on splitscreen with bot armies.
