Bee Simulator's new Gamescom trailer shows off multiplayer

Varsav Games Studio has shown how we can play with our friends in the hive, or against them.

It's a sad truth that bees are in need of protection right now, since they're more important for our planet than most people realise, and Varsav Game Studio's Bee Simulator is shining a spotlight on the insect in a unique way.

As the name indicates, this puts you in the body of a bee, and the brand new Gamescom trailer below shows off gameplay, as well as the collaborative and competitive multiplayer options with four players.

The world of the game is inspired by Central Park in New York City, and the goal is pollination. When humans cut down the tree in which your home was built, you need to find a wave to survive, and beekeepers were even consulted during development to make sure the game is as accurate as possible. This means communication, collecting pollen, defending the hive, and more will be important, educating as well as entertaining players.

November 14 is the release date for Bee Simulator on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One. Are you buzzing to get stuck in?
