Activision confirms Shred

Yesterday we reported that Tony Hawk managed to out his next game, {Tony Hawk: Shred}, on Twitter. Today Activision confirms the name of the game, telling Joystiq that they will be ready to talk about it in the next couple of months - perhaps at E3?

The big question was never if a new Tony Hawk-game was coming or not, or what it would be called. The big question is if the new game will use the {Tony Hawk: Ride} skateboard peripheral. Let's hope that it doesn't. All together now.
