Ace Combat 7 announced for PS4

Ace Combat 7 was confirmed at PlayStation Experience during the weekend, with Bandai Namco's airborne combat series set to make an appearance on PlayStation 4.

The game, which will have "exclusive features developed specifically for PlayStation VR", will use trueSKY technology and is being built in Unreal Engine 4. A campaign mode was confirmed alongside competitive online features.

According to the publisher the game "will astound players with beautifully rendered skies and highly detailed cityscapes but also set the stage for the most engaging aerial battles in the franchise's storied 20 year history accompanied with an immersive soundtrack" and "will take the elements that the series is known for to a whole new level!"
