Weapons degradation is out

In previous games in The Elder Scrolls series managing your weapons has been a key gameplay component. Keeping track of and repairing damaged weapons was a key factor in your success in battles. However, Bethesda's Pete Hines recently tweeted that this will not be the case in {The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim}.

"We replaced that w/ creating/improve weap/armor, instead of spending lots of time getting them back to where they were", Hines wrote in response to some reactions to the removal by longtime Elder Scrolls fans.
