Virtus.pro to launch PUBG Mobile team
The roster is set to be announced soon.
Russian esports organisation Virtus.pro has announced that it is in the process of creating a {PUBG Mobile} line-up, following the launch of its PC {PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds} roster. With the first tournament set for April 20, in the CIS stage of the PUBG Mobile Pro League, we can expect the full team announcement soon.
"Market research shows that mobile games are gaining more and more audience every year," said Sergey Glamazda, Virtus.pro CEO in a press release. "We also conducted a survey among our fans, and many of them expressed interest in a possible PUBG MOBILE roster for Virtus.pro. The mobile games market is developing at a rapid pace and we are happy to become a part of it."
Glamazda finished by saying, "We will reveal our roster in the near future, stay tuned!"
As PUBG Mobile has recently just passed 1 billion downloads, there's no surprise that the esports scene is also finding success.
