Cheaper Switch model reportedly coming in June
A Bloomberg report adds fuel to the fire of rumours around new models, although it doesn't agree with everything we've heard so far.
Earlier today we reported on Nintendo's earnings report for the last quarter, ending on March 31, and while the Switch has sold well enough to surpass the Nintendo 64 in lifetime sales, there are still rumours floating around about new models coming our way soon, one of which is allegedly cheaper while the other is a more powerful version.
Now Bloomberg has added fuel to the fire by claiming to have heard from sources close to Nintendo, who claim that a new and cheaper version of the Switch will launch by the end of June. The existing Switch will also get a "modest upgrade" this year, although one source added that a more powerful version isn't being made.
