Exclusive Metal Gear Solid content detailed
Kojima's Snatcher IP makes a return only on Xbox One and Xbox 360.
We first caught wind of Xbox exclusive content coming for {Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes} yesterday, and now we have more details and some screens from Konami to share with you.
The Xbox-only mission is called ‘Jamais Vu' and will star Raiden, who'll join Ground Zeroes in the Cuban containment camp that plays host to The Phantom Pain's prologue chapter.
The mission begins with Raiden charged with investigating an alleged biorobotic incursion, and dropped on the periphery of the camp. Thus, the augmented hero must gain access and secure firm evidence of the "bioroid" presence - dubbed ‘Snatchers' by the intelligence group. The Snatchers, while externally disguised as marines, produce an inhuman X-Ray when tagged using the game's marking system. Raiden must locate and eliminate the imposters while evading capture by the unaware humans charged with guarding the base.

The Microsoft content brings back the ‘Snatcher' universe, which was first established 26 years ago by Hideo Kojima, not long after he got the ball rolling and released the first Metal Gear on the MSX2.
The new content will be intergrated into both the digital and retail editions of the game, and details surrounding its impending arrival comes at the same time as several screens and a couple of new trailers. You can also head this way for release date details, and for some interesting quotes from a recent interview with series creator and director Hideo Kojima.
