Half-Life 3 evidence mounting
European trademark filed. Superannutation and NeoGAF add more evidence.
Were it any other developer than Valve it wouldn't even be a question of whether {Half-Life 3} was in development or not, but with Gabe Newell's outfit it always feels like we should expect the unexpected. Nevertheless, it recently surfaced information that a {Half-Life 3} trademark had been filed with the European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market. Furthermore, Superannutation (the most notorious source of information in the gaming world) unearthed that a Half-Life symbol was registered in Europe a couple of months ago. A NeoGAF user also found that 46 people are assigned to {Half-Life 3} through Valve's bugtracker. With the cat out of the bag with regards to Valve's SteamOS, Steam Machine and Steam Controller, perhaps it's finally time to announce {Half-Life 3}.
