Arrowhead Game Studios are working on a game for PS3, PS4 and PS Vita. The studio that gave us the cult hit {Magicka} (and later {The Showdown Effect}) are bringing {Helldivers} to all three of Sony's platforms, and the game is set to be a top-down sci-fi shooter with cross-play and cross-save features. The game, which will include four-player co-op, is set to launch sometime in 2014.
