Lightning Returns pre-orders get Cloud Strife (sort of)

Square Enix has detailed the pre-order incentives for the {Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII}, and some of you might be familiar with a couple of the additions.

Included in the Limited edition Steelbook will be a DLC token for the iconic Buster Sword from {Final Fantasy VII}, which is joined by the Soldier's Band item. On top of that there's also a samurai armour set (images for all below) for those who put money down on the table early and pre-order the game.

Lightning Returns is launching on February 14 next year, on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, and the pre-order incentives will be available through selected retail partners, and apparently only while supplies last.

To support the announcement there's a few new screens and the above trailer.

The Samurai Set includes "Shogun", "Sohei Saviour" and "Flower of Battle" items.

Cloud Strife's Buster Sword and Soldier's Band make their return from {Final Fantasy VII}. Cloud's famous victory fanfare has also be recreated for Lightning Returns.
