Bethesda teasing new project?

Bethesda has posted a short trailer on Twitter that may be a tease for an upcoming announcement.

The studio recently revealed that they were moving on from {The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim}, after supporting the RPG with content for nearly 18 months. Presumably they've got something up their collective sleeve, although the short piece of footage doesn't really give much away.
