It's just a tweet, but it's a start.
Paul Coleman, chief game game designer on the Dirt series, tweeted the picture you can see below with the following message:
"Commence your speculation. #dirt"
It doesn't take much to jump to the conclusion that {Dirt 4} is what is being implied.
